Systems has announced the introduction of the U-Series, their new top-line,
state-of-the-art UHF PLL synthesized wireless microphone systems. Featuring
maximum frequency agility with 1,000 optional channels to choose from, the
U-Series delivers numerous advanced high-end features at groundbreaking
low pricing. The U-Series consists of 2 wireless systems, each with a different receiver configuration: 1) the U-1000 is a full (1U) rack size True Diversity receiver; and 2) the U-2000 is a full (1U) rack size True Diversity dual receiver for operation with 2 U-1000 Series transmitters. The U-1000 Series offers a choice of interchangeable transmitters, including the UH-1000 handheld microphone and the UB-1000 lavalier/headset mic and instrument bodypack. All of the transmitters use AA batteries for long-life, economical operation, and feature sophisticated multi-function LCD displays and function keys. The U-Series also offers a vast array of other exceptional features: operation within 600-900MHz, utilizing 25MHZ bands to cover the 1,000 optional channels; AutoSearch™ scanning for available clear channels; tight receiver front end and IF design for highest image and spurious rejection plus high selectivity for maximum multi-channel operation capability without interaction; dual-band companding for the most transparent, artifact-free audio with maximum dynamic range; information-packed LCD displays on all receivers and transmitters; unique AutoTransfer™ function for automatic download of set-up information data from receivers to transmitters via supplied USB cord; digital ToneSquelch™ for eliminating spurious interference from other RF sources. “The U-Series is a remarkable breakthrough in frequency agile wireless microphone systems,” commented John Nady, President / CEO of Nady Systems and acknowledged wireless microphone pioneer. “These systems are really something to be reckoned with since they’re so fully loaded and so economically priced.
